Announced at CES 2024, LG Signature OLED T, the company's new OLED TV set, is almost completely transparent. And it's not just a prototype; according to The Verge, it's very close to a final product that customers will be able to buy sometime in 2024.

Besides looking very cool when in transparent mode, this TV offers certain advantages that regular TVs don't. For example, it can very seamlessly blend into your decor and almost become a living sculpture that's interesting to look at even when you're not actively watching content. The TV also comes with a bunch of software widgets that are optimized for the transparent display.
We do suspect that this TV will probably find a home in museums and entry halls of fancy office buildings. After all, it doesn't even have LG's Micro Lens Array (MLA) tech that improves brightness and is present on LG's G series OLED TVs. There's no word on price, though LG definitely plans to launch the Signature OLED T sometime this year.
