Then, late on Tuesday, SpaceX went one better, sharing sped-up footage that was initially livestreamed from their droneship based around 600km off the coast in the Atlantic Ocean.

The footage sees the booster launching at sunset, with light from the atmosphere reflecting off the rocket plume to create a beautiful "jellyfish" effect. Nine minutes after launch the screen turns orange-red, and the booster lowers into view with a perfect landing on the droneship.
