More than 360 people attended “J-Town’s 130thBirthday Bash,” a benefit dance party supporting the Little Tokyo Historical Society, on April 5 at Nishi Hongwanji in Los Angeles.
Live music was provided by Kokoro, featuring vocalists Steven Santiago, Lauren Wong and Jennifer Cella.
Dance instructor Christine Inouye, assisted by Toru Nagao and Cathy Fujimoto, led a line dance to the tune of “Gokigen Ondo.”
